IT service provider grows with investment in head office
North Yorkshire IT service provider Integral IT has invested £ 140,000 to move from its base in Harrogate to larger and refurbished offices in Knaresborough.
The company’s new home at Whitfield Business Park spans two floors and features open-plan offices that can accommodate 15 administrative and technical support staff, as well as a separate boardroom and meeting space.
The company, which specializes in supporting SME clients with between 10 and 200 employees, serves over 100 clients across Yorkshire.
It manages IT for over 1,200 employees across the UK and remote workers to the US.
Founded 15 years ago by Managing Director Jonathan Edwards, Integral IT’s support includes IT consulting, cybersecurity services, and cloud hosting.
Edwards said: “As many companies transition to a work-from-home or hybrid model after COVID, we have found that the collaborative nature of our work, along with the relatively young age profile of the team, means that we interact more effectively with each other and are more productive if we share physical space.
“Over the past year, we have seen a series of new contracts won as businesses understand the importance of having a reliable IT partner who allows them to operate seamlessly, no matter where their team is based.
“Today more than ever, businesses large and small need the reassurance of having expert IT support on hand to resolve any issues, as well as the ability to provide expert IT support. comprehensive cybersecurity to protect their data.
“As a result, we have grown rapidly over the past few months and are preparing for further expansion to come – we expect to have pretty much filled our new offices by Christmas as we continue to recruit.”
