Private equity firm Eximer Capital has invested in DinoCloud, an Amazon Web Services (AWS) partner specializing in cloud consulting and DevOps. Eximer did not say whether the investment involved a majority or minority stake in the consulting firm. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

DinoCloud, founded in 2016, is the first company in Latin America to achieve AWS Financial Services competence and the AWS Well-Architected program, says the 50-person cloud consulting firm. Next, DinoCloud strives to achieve AWS Premier status, according to CEO Franco Salonia.

In a prepared statement on the investment, Ketul Patel, partner at Eximer Capital, said:

“We are delighted to partner with the DinoCloud team as they continue their journey of growth. When we met the co-founders in Miami earlier this year, we immediately felt the alignment. They have demonstrated excellence in the AWS segment at a time of digital transformation at the forefront, and they have successfully positioned themselves as a trusted cloud partner.
